ENOCIS prepares students for a lifelong learning and leadership roles in society. It offers academic programs to its students at their convenience around the globe, employing an innovative delivery system and rich learning resources developing well rounded world citizens and contributors to humanity.

The Enoch Olinga College of Intercultural Studies, Inc. (ENOCIS) is a value oriented academic community in the tradition of the most respected institutions of higher education in the world. As such, ENOCIS continues the philosophy of education which first gave rise to the university, summarized in the following propositions.

Education as the process of teaching and learning involves the whole person, developing the knowledge, values, and skills that enable the individual to change freely. Thus it occurs most effectively when both instructor and student are properly related to the highest moral and ethical values of society and each other.
